Here are the answers to some of the questions regularly asked by our customers
If you have others please feel free to contact us:

Q. What is the advantage of not having a showroom?
A. I simply bring the showroom to you. We will bring sample doors and worktops giving you an opportunity to see the quality of our product and an insight into what style and colour would best suit your room.
With over 900 kitchen options at our disposal and trends changing rapidly it is impossible to display everything we offer.
Having no showroom overheads means we can pass that saving on to you.
My philosophy for the success I’ve enjoyed in this industry is to “listen to the client”, source the best quality products at the best possible prices and give good old-fashioned customer service.
It’s little wonder that 90% of our work comes by recommendation from past satisfied customers.
Q. What can I expect from my free consultation?
A. I will call at your home at a time convenient to you where we can sit down over a coffee and discuss your kitchen project. This is an opportunity for me to gauge your lifestyle and you to tell me about the style of kitchen you are looking for, what appliances you need to incorporate in your design, worktops you may want to use and any other relevant information I need to start creating your new kitchen.
Accurate measurements of your room will be taken together with any details I may need about services. This consultation will last approximately one hour.
With all the relevant information we will produce a set of visual images from our computer aided design package to give you a realistic picture of how your new kitchen may look. We can make amendments if necessary and once you have a design you are happy with we will produce our quotation.
Q. How much does one of your kitchens cost?
A. This is the most frequently asked question and the most difficult to answer. The cost will be influenced by the size of your kitchen and the materials you use. We have supplied kitchens from £5000 to £50,000 and anywhere between.
Q. How do you compare “price-wise” with other kitchen companies?
A. On a like-for-like quotation with a High Street Independent we have always been more competitive, even with their “Sale” offers.
Q. How long will the installation take?
A. Depending on what is involved our average installation would be between one and two weeks.
Q. If I want to place my order – what happens next?
A. We ask for a deposit from you and arrange a site survey. I will conduct that survey with your installer, double-checking all measurements and services that may need alterations. This will also give you an opportunity to meet the person who will working in your home.
Your installation date will be agreed and your kitchen order will be placed with our manufacturer.
Q. What is your leadtime?
A. As all our kitchens are “made to order” our normal lead time is 3 – 4 weeks from date of order.
If you are ordering a “bespoke hand built kitchen” then please allow between 8 – 10 weeks.
Q. How do I organise the installation?
A. We take all of that anxiety away. I will organise all the relevant trades for you and personally oversee the installation. Our team have been hand-picked by myself for their reliability, standard of work and fair prices.
A Schedule Of Works will be prepared for you, giving you an insight as to days when your services may be interrupted and who will be working in your home on a day to day basis.
Q. What are your payment terms?
A. Our Payment Terms are 30% deposit when you place your order, Balance On Delivery
Q. How far do you travel?
A. The majority of our kitchens are installed in Somerset and Hampshire. We do however undertake projects further afield.
